Super clean Escalade from Dallas TX. Only driven in MN snow 1 year. Many new parts including: Battery, motor mount, tires, brakes, complete tune-up, trans flush and filter and more. I do have the third row seat, I just leave it out most of the time. I bought this for my new driver daughter and she said it was too big, she was worried about parking at school. It's in great shape.
